ABOUT US
Caroline & Chris
We are a Cornish couple both born a few miles along the coast from Hayle, close to Redruth.
Highway has been in the family for over 60 years. It was origionally a wood building but was rebuilt in 2006 of a traditional block construction and double glazing.
Ruzena was built in 1970 and has been updated over the years with double glazing and a new shower room
Hayle
Overlooking one of the finest stretches of coastline in the South West, Riviere Towans is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with 300 privately owned, unique chalets, set in approximately forty acres the site offers unrivalled views of Hayle’s famous beaches.
With 3 miles of golden sands, Hayle’s beach is fantastic for surfing and kitesurfing. Hayle’s wide estuary, managed by the RSPB and the UK’s most south westerly, is an important stopping off point for migratory birds, making Hayle a great spot for nature lovers and coastal walks.
Hayle was the first town in Cornwall to be awarded “Walkers Are Welcome” status which means the footpaths and trails around the town are well maintained and well-marked and with plenty of rugged countryside around, it’s an ideal place to pull on your hiking boots.
